How do the TRDR+ plans work?

Each plan provides you with the TRDR+ device, and Apple Music free for 3 months.

If your plan has add-on's, we e-mail you every month with voucher codes to get your access!

After 12-months, you own the device and your plan reduces by £25 automatically. You can opt-out any time after your initial 12-months, or continue to receive TRDR+ Membership, and your add-ons from us.

What happens after the 12-month contract?

You keep your device, your subscription continues at a reduced monthly rate. Every plan auto-enrolls into our TRDR+ membership after 12-months, which is £5/mth. Opt-out at any time, after your first year.

What is TRDR+ membership?

- Cloud back-up for all your data
- Early access to new features, and priority beta games from selected partners
- Priority updates on software


All for £5/month. No contract.

Can I change or cancel my contract?

For the first 12-months, you cannot cancel your membership. A purchase is a commitment to pay for your plan for a year, after which we reduce your plan to Membership & add-on costs. At this point, you can cancel your membership.

You can switch tiers at any point, please reach out to begin this process. It may take between billing dates to amend, so please refer to customer service for more information.

If you'd like to change your add-on's, please reach out and we will do our best to accomodate.

How to get the most out of your device

How do I set up my TRDR+?

Plug in your device, connect to Wi-Fi, and sign in to all your favourite platforms.

Just how you would any other smart device. Simple & easy.

Do I need technical knowledge to use it?

Not at all. TRDR+ is built for simplicity. If you can use a smartphone, you can use this.

Can I use the TRDR+ globally?

Yes. We provide a built-in VPN, giving you secure access globally. Ideal for travel or streaming outside your region.

Having technical issues? Look no further.

My device won't connect to Wi-Fi. What should I do?

Check that your network is active, and restartt your router. If you're still having issues, please reach out and we'll walk you through set-up.

Do I need an account to use the device?

To sign onto the device, no. We use Android OS, so you will need a Google Play account to manage your apps.

To manage your plan, you will need an account which you create at checkout. From this account, you can view and manage your plan.

Can I use Bluetooth accessories?

Yes, TRDR+ supports most Bluetooth accessories. We also provide our own, at affordable prices. Please review the accessories tab for further information.

Returns & warranty

What is your returns policy?

You can return your device within 30 days of delivery, if it's unused and in original condition

Is my TRDR+ covered by warranty?

Checkout our TRDR+ Protect plan for full coverage.

In your first 12-months, we will cover any internal technical issues. However, we don't cover theft & damage from use.
