How Claims Work

2. If your device is stolen or damaged, email claims@trdrplus.com with:
- Your full name and TRDR+ account email
- Device serial number and proof of purchase
- Description of the incident (photos if damaged)
- Police report attachment for theft claims
3. Our team verifies your claim (typically within 48 hours).
4. Receive a replacement TRDR+ device shipped priority (2–3 business days).
Eligibility
- Must be purchased within 60 days of the device.
- The device must be registered under your TRDR+ account.
- Coverage is valid in all countries where TRDR+ is officially available.
